Two mechanisms to provide updates to the Wall Chart

There are two mechanisms to update the Wall Chart to show when the Activity is Complete or In-Progress. This is performed:

  1. On the Wall Chart itself by clicking the Activity. With this approach, you cannot also record a new Work Request.

  2. Accessing the Activity via the Inspector Tile. With this approach, you can create a new Work Request.



Updating the Wall Chart by clicking the the activity on the Wall Chart

It is an easy task to click the Activity on the Wall Chart and mark the Activity as either Complete or In-Progress.

Navigate the steps below to update the Wall Chart.

Click the Manager tile

Choose the Turnaround you are working with

Select the Activity you want to update

Select In-Progress or Complete

NOTE: If Complete is selected, the Completed By and Completed Date is required.

When you save, the Wall Chart activity will be updated



Updating the Wall Chart with the “Inspector” tile

The second approach to updating the Wall Chart is through the Inspector tile. This technique, does allow for a Work Request to be created against the Activity.

Navigate the steps below to update the Wall Chart via the Inspector tile.

Select the Inspector Tile

Choose the Turnaround you are working with

Click the pencil icon to update the Activity

Select In-Progress or Complete

NOTE: If Complete is selected, the Completed By and Completed Date is required.

The Completed By and Completed Date will be updated
