Import Templates and relationship to the fields in the App

The below images illustrate the Import Spreadsheet fields and the relationship of the data to the Digital Wall Chart.

1 - Equipment Import Sheet

  • “Equipment Name” is shown per row on the Wall Chart.

  • “Equipment Description” is shown beneath the Equipment Name on the Wall Chart.

  • “Category” will determine the number of tabs created and where the equipment will be shown.

2 - Equipment Scope Sheet

  • “Equipment Scope” will be show in a header row per equipment.

3 - Equipment Activities and Components Sheet

  • “Activity” is the item tracked on the Wall Chart that can be set to In-Progress or Complete, also Work Requests can be raised from the Activity.

  • “Component” is what “Group” the Activity will be displayed in on the Wall Chart.

  • “Order” is how the “Activity” will be sorted within the “Group”.



Export of Activities and Scope

Follow the steps below to export either the activities or scope.

Click the Administrator tile

Click the Turnaround card

Select the turnaround you want to download data from

Click the “Equipment in Scope” tab

Click the Excel icon on top left of table to provide the download options

Click either download “Activity” or “Equipment in Scope” to start the download process



Export Work Requests

Work Requests can be imported, and exported with a MS Excel workbook as well.

To import and export the Work Requests, navigate to Inspector -> Choose the Turnaround -> Use the MS Excel icon in the upper right corner to start the process.

NOTE: Ensure in the upper left corner you have selected “All Activities” instead of “My Activities”



Important Import Notes

General Import Sheet Rules

  • Ensure there is only one sheet per workbook when importing.

  • Prior to bulk loading, it is highly recommended to tap the download arrow to preserve a backup.

Date Formats

  • For Date columns there are two valid formats of:

    • Month XX, YYYY, or for example “March 30, 2019” or “December 15, 2020”.

    • MM/DD/YYYY

Bulk Import of Activities and Scope

  • If the Activities or Scope exist, they will be overridden with what is in the import sheet. This includes if the cell in the import sheet is empty, the corresponding field in the app will be set to empty.

  • Any new activities in the import sheet will simply be added to the turnaround.

  • If bulk deletion is needed, perform this task in the Administrator -> Turnaround -> Select Turnaround -> Equipment in Scope -> Select Equipment from list

Activity Import Sheet Rules

  • For Activities import, a prerequisite is the Equipment has to already be added to the Owner/User and

  • If assigning Activities to a user of the system, please use their email address.

  • If you would like to assign the Activity to multiple users, use a comma to separate the email addresses. For example john.smith@email.com,jane.doe@email.com

  • If assigning Activities to one or more users via the email address, please ensue there are no empty or null values in the cell. Also, the email is case sensitive.

  • The Active columns will need required fields or yes or no. The yes or no is case sensitive.

  • To bulk import a status of the activity, please use:

    • Empty with no spaces for no status

    • ACMP for “Complete”

    • AINP for “In-Progress”

Equipment Import Sheet Rules

  • When importing Equipment, have to be a unique name.
