Purpose of Status Charts

The amount of data being generated by multiple users within the digital wall chart can be rapid, as well as high volume. The intent of the Visualization charts is to allow stakeholders to understand and analyze past and current state of the turnaround.

Filtering the charts

By default, the Visualization Charts show all data within the Turnaround.

Any filters applied to the Wall Chart, are also applied to the Visualization charts. Filtering can be on any data element, such as types of activities, assigned equipment area, work requests, etc..

As filters are applied, the charts will reflect the queried results. Please note filters can be saved and retrieved for later viewing. For more information on filters, tap here.

Work Requests Heat Map

As Work Requests are created, the Work Request Types are aggregated in a Heat Map. The higher the count of a specific Type of Work Requests, the darker the color of the Heat Map.

The user can also tap on a square within the Heat Map for a given Work Request Type. This event triggers the table beneath the heat map to be filtered based on the Work Request Type selected.



Total Activities Complete Pie Chart

The Total Activities Completeness Pie Chart will display a list of all Activities marked as “Complete”, compared to the remaining activities. If the Activity is marked as “In-Progress”, it will not register on the Pie Chart.

Please note, this includes all activities defined. Including Report Writing, Inspections, etc…

Use the buttons in the upper right to:

  1. Remove the legend

  2. Show in Full Screen



Activities Compared to Work Requests

The Activities compared to Work Requests will provide a percentage (%), per equipment category, of the number of Work Requests compared to Activities.



Equipment Category Completeness Bar Chart

The Equipment Category Completeness Bar Chart will display a list of all Activities marked as “Complete” for each Equipment Category. If the Activity is marked as “In-Progress”, it will not register on the Bar Chart.

Please note, this includes all activities defined. Including Report Writing, Inspections, etc…

Use the buttons in the upper right to:

  1. Show the graph in the form of counts

  2. Show the graph in the form of percentages

  3. Remove the legend

  4. Show in Full Screen



Work Request Bar Chart

The Work Request Bar Chart provides a visualization of all unique Work Request Types in the stages of Not Addressed, In-Progress, or Complete.

“Not Addressed” is defined as a Work Request that has not been set to In-Progress or Complete.

Use the buttons in the upper right to:

  1. Show the graph in the form of counts

  2. Show the graph in the form of percentages

  3. Remove the legend

  4. Show in Full Screen



Activity Status Bar Chart

The Activity Bar Chart provides a visualization of all unique Activities in the stages of None, Has a Pending Work Request, In-Progress, or Complete.

  • “None” is defined as no Work Requests have been identified, or has not been set to In-Progress or Complete.

  • “Pending WR” is defined as a Work Request has been identified against the Activity, but it is still in open status (Work Request has not been set to Complete, Deferred, or Rejected).

  1. Show the graph in the form of counts

  2. Show the graph in the form of percentages

  3. Remove the legend

  4. Show in Full Screen



Scope Growth Compare Graph

The purpose of the Scope Growth Compare chart is to show planned activities defined prior to the Turnaround, vs. unplanned equipment or activities added once the Turnaround starts. The compare graph will show:

  1. Equipment

    1. Original Equipment Scope - are Equipment added to the Turnaround with a “Date Added” BEFORE the Start Date.

    2. Additional Equipment Scope - are Equipment with a “Date Added” AFTER the Start Date of the Turnaround.

    3. Percentage Calculation - % of Additional Equipment Scope = Number of Additional Equipment / Original Equipment Scope (example: 2% = 100/2)

  2. Activities

    1. Original Activity Scope - are Activities added to the Turnaround with a “Date Added” BEFORE the Start Date.

    2. Additional Activity Scope - are Activities with a “Date Added” AFTER the Start Date of the Turnaround.

    3. Percentage Calculation - % of Additional Activity Scope = Number of Additional Activities / Original Activities Scope (example: 1% = 10/1)

  3. Number of Work Requests (shown as IR’s in the below diagram) added during the Turnaround.



Activities Complete by Day, Week, Turnaround

The Activity Timeline provides a visualization count of Activities being Completed by Day or Week.

With the Pick-list in the upper left, the user can choose to see the data based on:

  • Turnaround Date - Start and End Date defined in the Turnaround Setup

  • 1 Week - Last 7 days from Current Date

  • 2 Week - Last 14 days from the Current Date

  • 1 Month - Last 30 days from the Current Date

  • Custom Date - Allows for the end user to define a Custom Start Date to the Current Date

  1. Show the graph by days

  2. Show the graph by weeks

  3. Remove the legend

  4. Show in Full Screen
