Steps to trouble shoot user login issues

  1.  Ensure the user has a valid SAP ID. You can confirm this by having the user tap here to login to the SAP ID service.

  2. If it is a newly created user, they should have received an email verifying their email address. Ensure this step was performed.

  3. Because the user has to type an email address when they create their SAP ID, it is possible the Email addressed entered into the Wall Chart Administrator -> Owner/User -> Users was misspelled. Ensure the email address matches what the user defined in the SAP ID setup. Make sure there are no spaces and exact spelling.

  4. If these steps fail, log a ticket at asint.net/support and we’ll respond immediately, or within 4 hours at max.

Steps to trouble shoot user login issues

If a user can login and see the Wall Chart, but can not make changes (e.g. save button is not available), then it is a permission issue and more than likely set to Read-Only/Manager. In this case, follow the below.

  1. Navigate to the Administrator -> Turnaround -> Select the Turnaround -> Tap the Users tab.

  2. Find the user in the list and ensure they have “Inspector” selected.

  3. If the user should be a global Admin (e.g. can make changes to the Wall Chart, or create new Wall Charts), then ensure the user is a “Global/Admin” for the Owner/User.

  4. If these steps fail, log a ticket at asint.net/support and we’ll respond immediately, or within 4 hours at max.
