Unscheduled Enhancements and Bugs

The below are features and functions we are considering to add to the Digital Wall Chart, but have yet to make a final call before making the changes are scheduling the release.

  • Documents on IWRs only, no need for Inspection Reports.

  • Some Open, Cleaned, Inspected, Closed category report. See below image with pie chart.

  • Timeline. Need to be able to comments on timeline, filter on timeline and print the timeline for a simple report.

  • Misspelled turnround

  • Increased to 5000 scope

  • On turnaround administration, no warning of leaving a screen if there is unsaved data.

  • Track Turnaround as it goes through “Discovery” phase. Same capability will be used for looking at “Pre-Startup” items, “Maintenance”, etc…

  • Gantt chart based on activities marked In-Progress or Closed.

  • On Advanced filters, provide list of Pick-lists of potential values.

  • Archive a Turnaround.

  • Archive an Owner/User.

  • Attach Reports to the Activities.

  • Shift Log enhancements to show per group (e.g. maintenance, safety, etc..). From Jason Rabalais “It would be beneficial if the shift log were accessible to all inspectors to record daily activities / turnover notes. Being able to select “print Log” and a well formatted report is extracted as PDF. The intent is to take into meetings, handed out to managers that don’t have time, or don’t want to have to go obtain this info themselves. Many high-level Client Managers just want a simple, clean list handed to them. Lots of times reception in meeting rooms is not available. This exported report can be placed in your pocket to have readily in field while walking out equipment at beginning of shift.”

  • From Jason Rabalais “If percentage weighting (completion) were not the same for all activities.”

  • From Jason Rabalais “It would be beneficial if the graphs and tables within the Status tab could be exported as a PDF. This could be posted daily on the wall for high-level Management to see. “

  • From Jason Rabalais “IR’s do not have a selection for “Inspector” when marking as Completed. Would be beneficial to see who closed it and date closed without going to timeline.”

  • Use of User Avatar or Photo on Timeline.

  • Dedicated KPI for equipment, broken down by area, showing complete, vs. incomplete, and % status. Sample image shown below.
