1. Issue identified May 1, 2022. Seems to be related to when a user deactivates, they copies an instruction. In this case, it duplicates the instruction.

   • Resolution - It does not appear to impact all users, but if you experience this, please raise a support ticket to www.asint.net/support.

1. Issue identified December 1, 2021. When adding one or more CML’s to an inspection the user receives a message stating “All CML’s have been added”, though there are no CML’s added to the Inspection Record.
