Generic Filter Search with free text
This search capability is a free text search, which filters the Instructions, Notifications, and Work Order tables.
Navigate to the AsInt Asset Planning Application.
In the “search” box, free text any value. This will search the Equipment ID, Location ID, Short Description and Long Description of the Instructions, Notifications, and Work Orders.
Tap the “Enter” key on the keyboard or tap the “Go” button.
Constraints -> The search will not apply to the Short Description or Long Description of the Equipment or Location.
Common Filters for Instructions, Notifications, and Work Orders
If you want to use a specific set of search criteria, apply filters and select “Common Filters”. The filter criteria applies to Instructions, Notifications, and Work Orders.
Navigate to the AsInt Asset Planning Application.
Tap the “Show Filter Parameters”
Select from the Common Filters fields you would like to query for.
Enter or select a value.
Tap the “Enter” key on the keyboard or tap the “Go” button.
Instruction Specific Filters
For Instruction specific fields search, such as Due Date, Last Inspection Date, Status, you can apply filters to fields specific for the Instructions.
Navigate to the AsInt Asset Planning Application.
Tap the “Show Filter Parameters”
Select from the Instruction Filters fields you would like to query for.
Enter or select a value.
Tap the “Enter” key on the keyboard or tap the “Go” button.
Note 1: For Date Values such as Due Date, you can define a range (as shown in image).
Note 2: For hierarchy search. For example, show everything in a given plant, choose “Equipment Hierarchy” or “Location Hierarchy”
Notification Specific Filters
For Notification specific fields search, such as Short Description and Status, you can apply filters to fields specific for the Notifications.
Navigate to the AsInt Asset Planning Application.
Tap the “Show Filter Parameters”
Select from the Notifications Filters fields you would like to query for.
Enter or select a value.
Tap the “Enter” key on the keyboard or tap the “Go” button.
Work Order Filters
For Work Order specific fields search, such as Short Description and Work Center, you can apply filters to fields specific for the Work Order.
Navigate to the AsInt Asset Planning Application.
Tap the “Show Filter Parameters”
Select from the Work Order Filters fields you would like to query for.
Enter or select a value.
Tap the “Enter” key on the keyboard or tap the “Go” button.
