System Requirements

Basic access via the browser

1. Power Bi Pro license with Office 365 is $10/per month per user. See https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

2. Access via a browser and Office 365 login

3. Allows for viewing datasets and reports

4. Can create tabular reports, but need Pro license for advanced paginated reports (see below)

5. Any operating system with a browser is supported

6. Login with your Office 365 account at https://powerbi.microsoft.com

Pro user for creating workspaces, datasets, and paginated reports, etc…

1. Power Bi Premium license, typically managed via Office 365 or your Microsoft Administrator

2. Provides the same access as the Basic Power Bi license shown above

3. Also provides a desktop application for advanced paginated reporting, workspace management, and dataset creation

4. Desktop Pro Power Bi required Windows 10 and greater. See Microsoft website for access to Power Bi and additional systems requirements for the Power Bi Desktop App at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/fundamentals/desktop-get-the-desktop

Middleware

1. The Middleware are the RESTFul connections that provides Power Bi with the data for visualization.

2. AsInt uses SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to host these connections per customer. The system requirements are:

   1. 500 MB of RAM

   2. 500 MB of Disk Space
