Clone and Delete an Instruction
Once you have created an SAP Instruction in the AsInt Planning App, users can not clone (or copy) the Instruction. This is useful for repeating the same Inspection Plan for to other Equipment (e.g. time-based).
Taping the “Copy” button in the bottom right will clone the existing SAP Instruction.
Showing Plans, or SAP Instructions, on Equipment or Location Summary
Previously, on the Equipment or Location “Mechanical Integrity” tab (renamed to Asset Intelligence on this release) the Inspection Plan, represented by SAP Instructions were not shown. Now they are shown in the “Instruction” section of the “Asset Integrity” tab.
Note, the feature will also show the components, or children, of the Equipment or Location you are viewing.
New report for SAP Instructions
If you would like to print the SAP Instruction to a PDF, this can now be achieved in the AsInt Asset Planning App.
Change field order on Inspection Reports
Within the Inspection Template library, an order of Attributes and Indicators (or fields) can now be set within the Inspection template. When the user implements the template against an Equipment or Location as an Inspection, the order is shown as defined within the template. If there are no orders, it will show alphanumeric order.
Branding change of tile names
Due to the AsInt Mechanical Integrity apps configurability capabilities, the Apps are being used for more than just Mechanical Integrity needs. Because of this reason, AsInt has decided to rename the Apps to the following:
RBI -> Asset Strategy Development
Planning -> Asset Planning
Inspections -> Asset Inspection
AsInt Apps may not show or may not get renamed
Description: After the upgrade, AsInt Apps no longer show or do not show the rename in the Fiori Launchpad.
Cause: If users has customized their “Mechanical Integrity” group by changing the order of the tiles, renaming, etc…causes the renamed AsInt Apps may not show or rename.
Resolution:
Tap your Avatar in the upper right corner of the Fiori Launch Pad
Tap “Edit Home Page”
In the “Master Data” section, tap “Reset” then tap “Close”
The problem should be resolved.
