Known Issues
Issue 1: MS Excel task pane does not have a scroll bar. If the Window is too small, does not show buttons towards the bottom of the task pain.
Work Around 1: The Task Pane works like a browser, you will be able to use your scroll wheel to zoom out to see all menu items.
Issue 2: If there is no “Pull”, or “Get”, of the data for 30 minutes, the SAP API’s will timeout when trying to Pull or Push data.
Work Around 2: The Data Conduit App should prompt you to log back in just before 30 minutes has expired.
