Below are the screen samples to guide you through the process. If you cannot login due to credential issues, please contact the person who setup your SAP ID.
You will know you have successfully logged in when you see your SAP profile (2nd image below).
Step 2 - Logging into the SAP IAM (Intelligent Asset Management Suite)
Now that you have verified your SAP ID is working, the next step is to log into the SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) suite.
This is browser based, so all you’ll need is the URL provided by your System Administrator. Additionally, suggest using any browser except Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Once you have the URL for the SAP IAM suite, the below login will be presented. Use your SAP ID and Password and tap “Log In”.
Step 3 - Confirming your Role Permissions work
The final step is to confirm you have the correct permissions setup within the SAP IAM suite to see the various Apps.
Once you login, and you see the “Processes”, “Master Data”, and “Mechanical Integrity” groups at the top of the page, you are good to go! This confirms you have the correct permissions set.
